Sundial Brochure, Map of Ingleside Terraces

Ingleside Terraces as a residence park was carefully plotted by its landscape engineers to take full advantage of the contour of the hills and valleys. The view of the ocean is preserved and enhanced by its beautiful terraces, and the warmth of the sunshine is fully conserved. Rectangular lines are few, gracefull curves predominating. The street work is the best that skill can devise or money pay for. Come See ---"That's All."
