Goethe and Schiller statue on original location on Music Concourse. Two carriages with passengers. It was installed with donations from the German community on the west side of the Music Concourse, (current site of the de Young Museum Sculpture Garden) on August 11, 1901. It would be moved to the current east side of the Concourse in the early 1920s [cropped version of wnp71.0145.jpg]
