Rivendell was originally located in a storefront on Cole St, just south of the N-line (I think there is a hardware store there now).

I attended (to put it rather loosely, since there were few, if any, formal class activities) Rivendell in 1971 after forced busing convinced my parents public school was not worthwhile.
