I never knew about Noriega Home School. I went to Juan Crespi Home School. Starting 1951 it was opened for 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades only. I was the first class to go all 3 years and leave in 1954. In 1952, they dropped the names Home School. This building is still on the s/w corner of 24th Ave and Quintara St. In the 12th grade at Lincoln, starting in 1962, we had a total of over 1,000 seniors so the small school was opened to the Seniors and I have pictures, in the Year Book of students in the halls, bending over the low water fountains. I never had a class in the school.
