I am glad there is someone else who remembers that 'kindy-car' ride on the south embankment. I barely remember it and was even thinking it might have been a figment of my imagination. I remember my parents taking me there in it must have been 1945/1946 when I was 5 or 6 years old.

That playground was the best in the park, it had everything. I also remember the petting zoo there.
