I sure do remember Blum's. They had good shakes and that crunch cake was definitely tasty! The ladies' dress store you were referring to was probably Livingston's. I spent a lot of time in there with my mom while she shopped for clothes. I remember they had pretty fitting rooms that I liked going into.
