I remember those! We lived in the Parkside when I was a kid, and my mom would stop by Johnson's on the way home sometimes. I'm starving just thinking about it.

Does anyone know if there is still a Johnson's anywhere? I was just mentioning their turkey tamales on my food blog. I had actually nourished a sneaking hope that they were still in business. I'd love to get their recipes.
