Mr. Macon - climate change notwithstanding, I have never experienced SF weather that could be classified as "freezing." "Damp" would be more like it!
I would STRONGLY suggest that you make an appointment with your doctor ASAP - to discuss this in depth. It sounds like you have some kind of abnormal hypothermia, and your core body temperature is out of whack. (I am NOT trying to be funny here...)
Sadly, the WNP Forum cannot be of assistance to you regarding this aberration. So endless complaining here will not be of any use to you in making your situation far more tolerable than it is right now.
