The First Days of School Each Fall

Schools are opening or gearing up for the new school year across the country. What memories do you have about the first day of school in the OutsideLands? Obviously there will always be the memory of great weather showing up just as school started. There is also the memory of learning the fives times table so you could answer questions like What is 5 x 5? Not that you need that skill any longer.
