Like Blanche Dubois, “I have always depended on the kindness of strangers;” thus, I deeply appreciate, and and never have taken for granted, the embracing of my Westlake roots Into the greater Garden of Eden known as the outside lands, even if said roots are still attached to brussels sprouts.

That said, I believe the outside lands are clearly defined by geographic barriers, cultural multiplicity and a certain “je ne sais quoi”which makes its end of the world location so extraordinary and unique.

And I do believe, having swapped yarns now with so many folks here for over 15 years, there is some very real cross-over and synchronicity which make us all good neighbors.
