What a memory, Roy, to remember all those call signs. Bits and pieces that I can recall about early SF radio was all the stations were on Van Ness Avenue. Don Lee, a car dealer owned a station. Earl C. Anthony was the Packard dealer but I don't believe he had a station.

It used to be great fun and a special treat to go to a live radio broadcast at a station on Van Ness near Post. I think the program was "WHODUNIT". It was always a murder mystery. There were some other programs that originated in San Francisco. They even had a kids game that had all the sound effects so one could have a make-believe program complete with sound effects.
