My dad drove a Larrabaru bread truck before getting into the fire dept - the best bread in SF in my not so humble opinion.

While i have a vague recollection of the Colonial truck, we got bread from the Peter Wheat Bread Man. Back when I was a wee tyke I liked whole wheat bread more than white.

And since I worked in a donut shop - donuts were free.

In retrospect, it explains a lot...
