The J was saved because of the private right of way which mitigated the steep hill between 20th and 23rd. The K, L, and M were saved because of the Twin Peaks Tunnel and the N was saved because of the Sunset Tunnel. The F line opened in 1995 followed by the T Third and recently the E line. The S line runs at rush hour and for events at ATT stadium.
