Hey there.. I remember the place well. It was known as 'The Family Dog'. Like a Fillmore West/way West! I came down there one day after the Standard Oil tankers went 'metal to metal'outside the Gate. I set up a bird recieving station there and the whole weekend the force just grew! In fact, an Indian Tribal get-together had booked the hall the 1st night & we all worked together watching the dancers while washing the birds in Dawn dish soap. Anyway, it was the early 70's, got my A in Civics that semester... Kev Lynch Lakewood, Colo.
