Thank you Dave L. for telling us how to get copies of articles from the magazine, "Numismatist". The story of the saving of the 'Granite Lady' in 1906 was an exciting as well as historical article.

Paul, I have often thought that if a 2/3 vote were officially changed to maybe 60% a whole lot more business might get approved - not only propositions, but legislative business, etc. It would still be more than a simple majority, yet provide enough extra 'aye' votes to give that extra affirmative, so to speak. Just a thought...
