I don't recall a bleach man. We had an egg man who had a route and delivered eggs and chickens once a week from his farm in Petaluma. Of course Borden's and Marin-Dell Dairy's had home delivery, and the Diedy-Wash diper service, in my east of Twin Peaks neighborhood I recall in the early 1950's the rag bottle sacks man on a horse drawn cart slowly down the street calling "rag's, bottles, sacks"
over and over. There was a guy who sold fresh vegetable's from his truck. The two garbage company's had route owners who came around once a month to collect the garbage bill for cash you get a small receipt. Don't forget the ice man and coal deliveries. JL
