I had to laugh when you mentioned Dr. Ray. He was my orthodontist, too. I went to him beginning at age eight (1966) and for the next eight or nine years. I thought it would never end!

I remember his patients were mostly kids, like me. We were all lined up on leather benches alongside the wall, and as each patient went to the chair, we all shifted down one position until it was our turn. Boy, those adult patients sure looked uncomfortable surrounded by so many kids.
