In reply to the most recent poster above me, are you sure you aren't thinking of Tanforan Park Mall in San Bruno? They of course had a horse statue because it was built on the site of a horse track. When they renovated Tanforan Park (now "The Shops at Tanforan") in 2005, they kept that statue and put it in a more prominent place. Looks quite nice. Here's a picture of them moving the statue at Tanforan. -Dan
