I worked at the Big Dipper and made CHocolate Dipped Bananas. They were made in the back of the store on Judah. The owner as Elias Zieback.

We peeled and froze bananas until Friday when we dipped them all by hand dried and packaged them

Elias and his family lived the flats above the store.
