We waited a long time to hear from Woody. And his is a voice of reason & sensibility. My belief is that the decision should be in the hands of the founders & the board. I do not feel just because we are members that we need to have or are entitled to a vote. We are free to express our opinions without censorship and I'm sure they are all taken into consideration. But, the final word does not belong to us.
