Grew up in 40s 50s. The Sunset was ran by a Mr.and Mrs Stromeyers. During intermissions Mr. Stomeyer would hold a talent show. I sang "Slow Boat To China, and won a pound cake. Around 1957 58 Mrs. Stomeyers reopened it as the Surf Theate and tho I was only 12 or 13 She let me in because I was remembered my her as a more mature kid. Saw wonderful French and German films.....all time favorite was Hulot Holiday. Love these memories.....blessings to all ya
