You're probably right, John!! As I said, this was a very, very fuzzy recollection that might be off base - but I wanted to see if I could track it down.

In my online meanderings, I came across the 90s movie, "Pacific Heights," which starred that ditzy Melanie Griffith and also Michael Keaton as the evil boarder. If ever a movie (with a title like that) was ripe for at least one good SF quote, this one should have been. Alas, not so. All the quote sites can offer up is a semi-lewd statement made by Ms. Griffith's character to her movie hubby, and that's it.
