Thanks for the info. The link between my question and our Outside Lands' theme was the presence of Chemical Company #8 near the corner of 48th Ave & Point Lobos starting in 1907.
The former Chemical 8 site is today the location of the bright green condos on the NE corner of Pt. Lobos & El Camino Del Mar.
