One more story-post re: the Jewish faith and the Catholics!
My neighbor, Barbara Levy and I were "caught" sitting on the ground in our identical Trude of Ca playclothes--as she was singing along with me, when I sang "Yes, Jesus loves me"!...I still have the photograph my father and her mother took--plus the home movie!! "You Tube" watch out!...BTW, Barbara (Barbie) is the daughter of the late Bob Levy for whom the Broadway Tunnel is inscribed for!
I am happy to say I grew up on a block of "famous" San Francisco City employees!
