You have touched my heart with your baruch atah. Victoria reminded me tonight that it was time to light the manora. She then stood by and watched as I lit the two candles using the shamus. My mother was born to a Jewish Family in the Ukraine 1909 . Victoria's family is Polish Catholic.
We are so grateful that our five grandchildren can share such a deverse ethnic and religous heritage and enjoy our customs.
