Huh, I too was in the Cubs which met @ St. Cecilia's around early-mid 60's. But for some reason I remember the Pack # as 79. Oh well. I do remember Mrs. Aceret,Kelly & Hoover as our den mothers.(bless their hearts) I ran into Pat Kelly @ a memorial last month in S.F., great to see him again. My Scout troop was 143 & we met up @ Hoover J.H. with Mr. John Rossi as out troop Leader. He was the shop teacher @ the big Trade school in town,(which name escapes me) a great family man & educator who lived on 17th in the shadow of SC. I remember Camp Royaneh (Cazadero) & the camp they call 'Alice Eastwood' on Mt. Tam. Planting trees in old Seq. Natn'l. burn areas. Hard to say how many lives so positively influenced through the BSA & GSA. My 2 scouting notes are: Mom met Lord Bayden Powell in London during WWII & I still have my 'Bob Cat' pin that's on my favorite 'dog walking' jacket!
(now if only someone would help me across the street)
