Park Emergency Hospital

On Stanyan St. near Kezar Stadium/Pavillion was an emergency hospital (24 hour I believe) and I think it was called Park Emergency. I remember my parents took me there once when I was little and they bandaged my bleeding head. It always seemed fitting to me to have such a facility so close to Kezar in case of a 49er or other athelete getting injured. Is it still there and operating? I remember it looking to be an old building.
