A friend sent us an article about the event below. Sounds interesting. Does anyone else have any information before we declare "roadtrip!" Free popcorn is a real draw for me.

Welcome to the home of Last Night at Playland, a new multi-media musical production currently in development and slated for a 2010 premiere in San Francisco. Last Night At Playland will be an exciting onstage depiction of one of San Francisco’s most cherished memories. The old amusement park at Ocean Beach will be brought to life through music and dance, vaudeville and magic, and projections of vintage film and photographs, creating a full multi-media stage production. Oh, and free popcorn!
