December 7th 1941 is a date that will truly be a date that those of us who were alive at that time will never, never, ever forget. Last year Ken posted the fact that he was climbing on the monkey trees in McCoppin square. He recalled it once again this year which is perfect. I posted my memories of that morning last year. I will do it next year also.

Let's make it a ritual to recall that date next year on this site and let's go on and on till the last of us is gone. I am sure there are many of you Outside Landers who recall that date but did not post, my brother Charles being one of them. Charles, join us next year along with many more of you.
