The information that I picked up at the only open house so far at 1242-9th Ave listed the KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY as the company and Luis Galvez as the realtor. Mr. Galvez' e-mail is luisgalvezAkw.com
Since that open house there are no more signs indicating the building is for sale.
