Very generous and thoughtful offer, Jack. I've attended these in Pacific Grove and Port Townsend and they are most interesting. Ironically, most of the open homes in Port Townsend were owned by ex-pats from California who bought run-down Victorians, fixed them up and watched their values sky-rocket. Believing 'charity begins at home" this might be a nice fund-raiser for WNP. Parking may be an issue, but it might be fun to do the bus route again.

I'm with you on the concert...I think the Park will take a big hit unless someone spikes the gator-aide with ecstacy and, in a loving communal frenzy, the crowd picks up all their trash and replaces all their divots.
