I think I live in one of the older houses in the Inner Sunset/ Sunset Heights:
1627 Tenth Avenue, between Lawton and Moraga...
I would be glad to clean it out, and open it up for an "Old Houses of the 'hood" tour if we could do it as a fundraiser for some good local cause.
We could let people put their favorite local charity name into a hat, and have someone draw a winning name.

I am afraid the Park is about to be trashed.... Tell me why I am wrong, please.
