Im not defending anything Marshal did but i've got to hand it to him, he's not dead or in prison where many of his cohorts did. our friend Warren Chenalis got ten years for his cocaine deal. Marshal somehow kept his cash and laundered it thru real estate. Here is his latest project to develop the last bit of pristine land in Fairfax. He can be easily googled but here are a few links.
