Re: Falling from the Mt. Davidson Cross?

I was just thinking about my brother-in-law and decided to look up “has anyone ever fallen off the cross at Mt. Davidson?” when I found your post. Actually, the rock climber who fell was Randy Hamm. On Good Friday sometime in the early ‘80s. He was 33 years old, climbing with a guy from a punk band, I can only assume that was the Fritz of the Mutants referenced in a post here. So sad, Randy was a stellar individual, a completely lovable artist who is still missed dearly. There’s never been another like him.
