"West Side Stories" at TPC Harding Park golf club will feature history, adult beverages, a silent auction, a buffet dinner of magnificent proportions, and great conviviality—all in support of WNP's work preserving and sharing local San Francisco history.

No-Host Bar - 6:00 p.m. Complimentary wine from DuNah Winery
Buffet Dinner - 7:30 p.m.
Cocktail attire, whatever that means to you, is encouraged.

How do I get to Harding Park Golf Course? Where do I park?
Here are directions.
There is lots of free parking available near the Harding Park Golf Clubhouse.

What should I wear to West Side Stories?
Cocktail attire, whatever that means to you, is encouraged.

What kind of food and drinks will be served?
Dinner will be a delicious buffet starting at 7:30 pm. Complimentary wine will be courtesy of our wine sponsor, DuNah Winery, and there will also be a no-host bar.

What about the Silent Auction? What kind of items can I bid on? How does that work?
The Silent Auction opens at 6:00 pm and closes at 8:30 pm. You will be able to bid on a variety of great Silent Auction items that have been generously donated by businesses and individuals in our community. Items include gift certificates, event tickets, and baskets filled with goodies. Auction items will be featured on our website once they’re confirmed.

If you’re interested in bidding on items, we’ll help walk you through the process during the gala. Please remember to bring a credit card or checkbook!

What will the money we raise be used for?
The funds raised at West Side Stories will directly support the work Western Neighborhoods Project does to preserve and share the history of San Francisco’s western neighborhoods.

Is my ticket purchase tax-deductible? Your ticket is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law except for $50 per person attending the event, and the taxable value of any goods you purchase in our silent auction. Our IRS # is 94-3339377 and we are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

Will you sell tickets at the door?
No. We expect that West Side Stories will sell out, so reserve your seat early!

Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?
No. Purchasing your ticket here confirms your registration for the event. We will not be printing tickets for this event.

How do I check in?
Guest names will be held at check-in. Please check in with your last name.

I bought a ticket for my friends, and they can’t come. Can I get my money back?
Unfortunately, tickets are not refundable.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Please call 415-661-1000 or contact us if you plan to send someone else in your place for the actual event.
