Hi Deborah:

You must be Barbara's younger sister. I kind of remember you when you were very very little. My mother remembers your family very well - she remembers that your parents briefly owned a "Five and Dime" store on Noriega Street near 45th Avenue back in the late 50's.

As for the Camp fire vests and beads - I did have a vest - but I think I only earned 2 or 3 beads (I wasn't much for doing good deeds or being civic-minded way back when I was 7-8 years old - LOL!) I did enjoy the Camp Fire Day Camp in Golden Gate Park, but I never got the opportunity to go to Camp Caniya - I always wanted to, though.
