I checked a couple of listings for street name changes that came about in SF in 1909, but did not find Golden State Avenue. Then I Googled the 75 Granada address and Zillow shows it as a small cottage, built in 1907 (and currently worth about $750,000). Many of the homes on that block seem to have built later than 1907, though there are a few that may also have been there from the same era. Given all the factors, it is likely a street name change.
