I cheated a little on this one...The 1961 Polk City Directory lists:
Arrow Stamp Co.
1102 Taraval St.
SE 1-1842
I can't say if there may have been a change in ownership or a re-naming in 1962-63, but this is closest (year) copy of the directory that I have saved on my computer. I hope it helps.
