Well yeah the Parkside Theater is one of my choices for sure. Another would be the El Rey...gotta love art deco. I'd probably buy Doggie Diner across from the Zoo just because...well nostalgia. So many to choose from, but I am not trying to hog them all for myself so I'll stop. :D
