Will,

I inherited my father's pastime of scanning and reading the "Irish Sporting Green" and did catch
Mr. Cassilagio's obit notice.

He was the subject of quite a few comments in the past from the period of time he was a P.E. teacher at Giannini:

The accounts recalled and the manner of deportment reflect for better or worse the outlook of instructional methods and generational experience of those we were taught by. I posted my recollection of a Mr. Cassilagio who I had as a P.E. teacher at Presidio Jr. High.

I'm curious to learn whether the same Mr. C was assigned to Presidio Jr High for the years that I attended '62-'65 (he may have left after '64 because I have no recollection seeing him in '65.) because the gentleman pictured in the obituary sure resembles him or perhaps a sibling. The 'shower checks' and other rigors mentioned by Scotty and Steve were part of our P.E. routines at that time in Presidio. Anyone have info regarding this?
