Early in my career in data processing, that term alone defines a childhood period of the computer age - so I guess that qualifies this response under this heading, as I was saying, in my career childhood there were times that were hectic and seemed beyond my ability to cope with the pressures of Journal closings, program failures, hardware failures, personnel issues, union issues, etc. Part of my frustration with my existing job was that we were constantly measured on our efficiency, productivity, quality of product, attitude, etc.,etc...
I longed for another career, such as being a gardner in GGPark. The more I thought about it though, it became clear to me that there may be pressures that gardners in GGPark had that upset them and I didn't think about.
Such as, their Supervisor could be measuring the GGPark gardner on the amount of Clover per square foot of grass in the lawn (bad), the height of the grass/when was the last time you mowed it, you've taken too many breaks, your breaks are too long, the grass blades are shredded (dull lawn mower), bushes are too tall, bushes and lawn have brown areas - watered to infrequently, watered too often.

You get the idea. So the concept of grass and gardners is a good idea, at first, but it may have unintended consequences too.
