As to Polo at the Polo fields growing up across quite close to the Polo Fields as a child I was "hired: to walk the horses between chuckers. My payment was a polo ball. To this day I remember feeling underpaid as I wanted a polo mallet but no such luck.

Having events like Polo and car races in GG Park are great as they add to the level of interest and involvement in GG Park.
