I went to Holy Name and Mercy, and USF. I raised my two children in the City...Presidio Hill School, Washington High School and Sacred Heart Cathedral Prep... The Catholic schools are still an old boys network, they went to college in Santa Barbara and San Jose State. I like to live in the now and although it was great growing up in the Sunset, I really don't idealize the past, I still have my best women friends from Holy Name and Mercy.. we travel together regularly and no one lives in the City anymore..too cold.
My father worked at Hamm's Beer, my mother worked at the Emporium.
