Amen to turkey sandwhiches the day after thanksgiving. After all the cooking and work the day before my mother made turkey sandwhiches on wonderbread with lots of mayo for dinner the following night. And don't forget the leftover cranberry sauce and stuffing. These days we usualy go to one of the kid's for thanksgiving dinner. We always make a small turkey for the wife and I so that we may have our coveted turkey sandwhiches after thanksgiving.
