It was Bino's, Italian, for many years. I met him in his retirement. He worked like a dog and his body bore the result of that. He sold it to Bill Lee and it became the South Pacific, with Hawaiaan music and dancers on Fridays & Saturday nights. Good Coconut Prawns. The Lee's had to give it up in the 90's. It is now the ABC Bakery Cafe, an Asian business with a less than memorable assortment of foods.
I have one of those nickels as well. It was the favorite haunt of my mother-in-law and her late husband.
