When ABC Cafe closed for renovations in April 2018 the workers tore down the ABC menus in the glass showcase to the right of the entrance doors. I peered inside and to my amazement revealed underneath were old South Seas Seafood Grotto menus. No firm date but the rate of sales tax listed is 6 1/2%. I took a number of pictures of these menus and would be happy to share them if anyone is interested. There is some original Polynesian print wallpaper underneath. Most expensive thing on the menu is Baked Lobster Waiohi in Shell at $16.50.
